Myles Powell is a big time scorer at the college level but I have concerns about his NBA fit. As junior he averaged over 22 points per game and shot a very respectable 45.7% from the floor and 36.3% from 3. His three point field goal percentage is even more impressive considering the degree of difficulty and the high volume of attempts. Powell attempted nearly 9 three's per game with most of his attempts coming off the dribble or contested pin downs.

There's no doubt Powell can score with the best of them, but how does his game and style of play translate to the NBA? Maybe as an instant offense scorer off the bench, but there are plenty of questions about his athleticism and ability to make plays for others. Entering his senior year, Powell has had more turnovers than assists in 2 of his 3 seasons and has never averaged over 3 assists per game.
